How do Wine Subscriptions work?

You choose from white / mixed / red subscription . We deliver 6 natural/organic/biodynamic farming and minimal intervention wines from small producers from around the world to your door.

When you start a subscription with us, your credit card will be charged on the last day of each month and wines will be sent during the first week of the month.

This means if you sign up on the 20th of a month, your credit card will be debited on the 20th of that month, wines posted AND then your card will be debited again on the last day of the month.

Where do you deliver 'Wine Subscriptions' to?

All over Australia. And we have insurance, signature requirements, and tracking.

Please note, because we are located in a rural area, as well as COVID restrictions, you may experience delays.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You bet.

Just like Spotify / Netflix etc. simply login to your account, and cancel at any time. 

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our natural wines being sensitive to the surrounding environment and perishable, we do not offer ‘change of mind’ refunds. If you believe your wine is faulty, we require the wine to be brought back to the shop within 24 hours from the time of receipt.

(We have had only very small instances where people who are not familiar with natural wine, bring back a bottle thinking it was faulty when it wasn’t. Please remember natural wines can look and taste irregular in comparison with conventional wines, including, taste, colour, skin contact in bottle, and length of freshness after opening due to low/no sulfates)

What if I miss a Zoom Tasting Video Meeting?

Don’t worry, we will email you a link to the video the same evening so you can watch later that night or the next day!

ZOOM TASTINGS

How do Zoom Tastings work?

Our Zoom Tastings are a little different to our in-house tastings. Firstly, they are bigger (much bigger) you can choose from:
– 4 x 100ml tastings (4 standard drinks), or
– 4 x 150ml tastings (6 standard drinnks)

You come and collect your Zoom Tasting Package from our store on Friday between 4-5pm.

We Zoom together at 6pm.

All instructions are in your package upon pick up.

Do you deliver Zoom Tasting Packages?

No. Not yet!

But we are working on it!

Can I cancel my order?

Sorry, once you have placed your order, you can not cancel. Some of the bottles we open and pour are upwards of $80, meaning once we open them, we must pour them.

If something comes up – you can pass your Zoom Tasting onto another friend to enjoy. Just email forward your order to [email protected] with your friend’s name and we will give it to them instead.
